Printing Direct
Buster’s can now print directly on virtually any irregular shaped or non-square rigid, flexible or heavy substrate such as glass, metals or materials that have an uneven surface such as plywood, that was never before possible with dimensions up to 4’ X 8’ and 2” in thickness as long as substrate will lay flat.

What White Print Means and Why So Important
Under-printing
• Creates a base layer on non-white media onto which a color image can be printed
• Used for packaging prototyping on cardboard or foil, industrial applications, specialty printing or object printing.
Over-printing
• Applies a layer of white ink over the top of colored ink
• Used for light diffusion on backlit image signage which prints a second surface
on transparent media
Between-layer printing
• Applies a layer of white ink between two layers of color
• Used for Day/Night backlit prints and window cling signage, etc.
Spot color
• Prints white on white and on non-white colored media and substrates as a spot color effect
